    Shared Service Accounts Payable Coordinator

    Job Summary
    Our client is seeking a Shared Service Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage daily accounts payable activities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Request and reconcile vendor statements and invoices on a monthly basis.
    • Verify invoice authorizations and follow up on queries.
    • Scan and process invoices daily using the scanner.
    • Reconcile payment batches and submit to Team Leader by Wednesday at 12 o'clock.
    • Assist with treasury team inquiries.
    • Reconcile accounts, allocate payments, and resolve old invoices and queries by the first working day of each month.
    • Capture invoices in Accpac and ensure they reflect in SAP.
    • Investigate discrepancies between GRV totals and invoices.
    • Accrue and manually code invoices for year-end purposes.
    • Complete credit applications and assist with year-end audit preparation.

    Requirements:

    • Computer literacy in MS Advanced Excel, Word, and SAP.
    • Able to work under pressure accurately and independently.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance.
    • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
