- Matric qualification or the equivalent
- 5+ years of related experience in production environment relating to food stuffs
- 5+ years in supervisory role overseeing production teams essential
- Certifications in Quality management, Health and safety, production, HACCP will beneficial
- Computer literate Internet, Spreadsheet, word, order and inventory software, preferred
- Must have manufacturing knowledge with ability to draft and implement SOP
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- /ability motivate, train and coach employees to encourage optimum performance and engagement
- Good planning and priority setting skills
- Ability to work in varying production environments (heat and cold)
- Be physically fit for the production environment
