    • Answer telephone calls, take notes/messages and redirect calls when appropriate.
    • Welcome clients and visitors and perform initial screening of clients.
    • Provide administrative support to Professional Staff/Attorneys.
    • Effectively communicate with witnesses, clients, colleagues and partners.
    • Type and produce various legal documents such as notices, motions and summonses - Experience in the administration of deceased estates will be advantageous.
    • Preserve an updated case record system.
    • Maintain and update inventories of contact details.
    • Facilitate the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and provide timely reminders.
