    Description

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 year in internet support role
    • Familiarity with Mikrotik, Ubiquiti Software & Hardware
    • Proficiency in Radius Manager Software
    • Basic internet support and telephonic troubleshooting skills
    • Fluency in English & Afrikaans

    Additional Criteria:

    • Ability to work under pressure
    • 8 am to 5 pm availability (own transportation required)
    • Must be available for after-hours support
