    Job Summary:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining cutting-edge pricing models for business insurance, analyzing and pricing fleet insurance, monitoring performance trends, collaborating with underwriting and business units to enhance pricing strategies, identifying inefficiencies and developing innovative solutions, and adjusting and refining product rules to align with industry changes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain advanced pricing models for business insurance
    • Analyze and price fleet insurance, tracking performance metrics
    • Collaborate with underwriting and business teams to optimize pricing strategies
    • Identify areas of inefficiency and develop data-driven solutions
    • Refine product rules to adapt to changing industry conditions

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field
    • At least 1 year of experience in short-term insurance pricing
    • Technical proficiency in SQL, Oracle, Python, R, and Excel (desirable)
    • A strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills
    • Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making
