What you'll have done before:
- Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical) or equivalent (Safety Management)
What you'll be doing:
- Advancing and Coaching Front line management on requirement of OHS Acts
- Leading Operations Needs Assessments
- Ensure that all Engen sites always comply to Licence to operate conditions
- Ensure Proper Design, Maintenance and operations of equipments within SOL
- Ensure compliance of Mandatory Control Framework elements
- Coordinating the Major Hazard installation studies and ensure that Engen fully comply to this regulation
- Management and facilitation of timely KPI reporting to all internal stakeholders and presenting to external stakeholder as required by Engen
- Analyses safety performance and devise new strategies to improve
- Work with frontline on development of new initiatives
- Consolidate findings and recommendations
- Track recommendations for closure
