    • Create deployment artefacts and store them in the source control library.
    • Manage deployment packages and their execution.
    • Optimise tool changes in collaboration with Biz/Dev/Ops Engineers.
    • Update and control the asset knowledge base.
    • Evaluate integration of own work with others and within the team.
    • Collaborate with designers, product owners, and engineering leads to refine solutions.
    • Contribute to decomposing system solutions into component parts for development.
    • Support achievement of business strategy, objectives, and values.
    • Stay informed about developments in the field of expertise.
    • Maintain personal growth and enable effectiveness in performance of roles and responsibilities.
    • Contribute to company culture-building initiatives (e.g., staff surveys).
    • Participate in corporate responsibility initiatives for achieving business strategy.

    • Provide mentoring for multiple software developers.

    Essential Qualifications - NQF Level

    • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
    • Advanced Diplomas/National Degrees.

    Minimum Experience:

    • Minimum 7 years of programming experience, preferably in the banking sector.

    Technical/Professional Knowledge

    • IT Data Structures.
    • Application Systems.
    • Agile Development.
    • System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
