Description
Our client is looking for a meticulous and adaptable sales administrator to manage their purchase orders and invoices. In this role, you will verify customer information, issue invoices, relay order instructions, and complete monthly sales reports. You may also be required to process timesheets.


Resonsibilities:


  • Supports the Sales Team in sales related activities
  • Assuring that all Corporate Communication rules are applied within the sales offer
  • Supporting the Global Pricing Concept by:
  • Maintaining the pricing master data in the ERP
  • Checking if the discount rules are applied
  • Alerting the sales team if pricing rules are not followed
  • Support with Sales Meeting, Notes, preparation out of CRM
  • Customer List and Marketing List update
  • CRM oversight and management for sales team where applicable
  • Preparation of Sales Quotes for Industrial Sales Team
  • Follow up on Shipments for specific clients with Logistics department
  • Administrative interface between Sales Rep and Service for:
  • installation,
- service contracts

  • General Assistance to Head of Sales and Sales team as applicable
  • Cold calling and set up meeting for Industrial Sales Team
  • Telemarketing for the Industrial Sales Team
  • Sales process control and support from CRM entry until installation of Product
  • Prepare and organise on/offsite support from CRM entry until installation of Product
  • Support Marketing activities

Key Skills:


  • Strong working knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • Customer service & people skills
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Ability to travel as required by role (up to 25% of the time)
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills as required by a professional business environment of account management

Qualifications:


  • Experience und comprehension of sales organisations and processes
  • A proven track record of sales accomplishments and year over year revenue growth
  • Minimum 3+ experience with equipment sales, preferably in the food industry
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects to completion
  • Experience in SAP B1 software & CRM Programs a benefit
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans mandatory, German is a benefit but not a must
  • Technical understanding or mindset a benefi
