    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Buffaloex. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in logistics, supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and mentor a team of route controllers
    • Assign duties and schedules to ensure adequate coverage for monitoring and controlling routes
    • Analyze and monitor existing routes to ensure they are efficient and cost-effective
    • Identify opportunities for route optimization to reduce travel time, fuel consumption, and overall costs
    • Collaborate with logistics or planning teams to implement new routes or update existing ones

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in logistics, supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field
    • − 2 Years experience in route planning, transportation logistics, or a similar role
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
    • Proficiency in routing software and tools
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
    • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
    • Knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and best practices

    Desirable Qualities:

    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
    • Flexibility to work weekends or holidays as needed
