    The Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Liham Consulting Pty Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Staff Recruitment and Termination:
      Brief relevant agencies and advertise available vacancies, source suitable candidates, shortlist and interview applicants, facilitate recruitment process from start to placement
    • Benefits and Administration:
      Provide support on employee benefits by coordinating advice on staff benefits, facilitate communication of benefits updates by scheduling and coordinating workshops, update employee benefits information
    • Training and Bursaries:
      Draft training budgets, identify training needs, coordinate training, monitor training spend by tracking training approved in line with budgets
    • Performance Management Administration:
      Monitor performance reviews, coordinate performance contracts, provide performance management support
    • Statutory and HR Reporting:
      Prepare BEE data for verification processes, submit the WSP by collecting and collating information on training completed
    • HR Policy and Procedure Implementation:
      Update policy by integrating approved policy amendments and communicating amendments, support implementation of HR policies and procedures
    • Employee and Industrial Relations:
      Provide advise on performance management processes and procedures
    • HR Administration:
      Manage employee personal information, prepare payroll inputs, provide advise to staff, leave administration

    Requirements:

    • A relevant degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management
    • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a generalist HR role
    • HR Premier/VIP system knowledge is advantageous
