Warehouse Manager

Green Riders, a leading provider of sustainable last-mile delivery services in South Africa, is seeking a
highly organized and
detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Manager Assistant.

This role will primarily involve assisting with the overseeing and management of our warehouse systems, parts, and stock, as well as supervising the technicians and staff working in the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

Assist with control and management of warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock control, and parts distribution.
Assist with development and implementation of efficient warehouse systems and processes to optimize workflow and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
Assist with supervision and training of warehouse technicians and staff in your systems to maintain highquality standards and efficient operations.
Assist with coordination with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of warehouse activities with delivery schedules.
Assist with monitoring and maintaining warehouse safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a safe work environment.
Assist with overseeing the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment and facilities.
Assist with collaborating with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Keeping admin up to date and accurate at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience in warehouse management/assistance, preferably in a fastpaced environment.

Excellent team management abilities.
Ability to develop and implement efficient warehouse systems and processes.
Proficiency in inventory management software and systems a bonus.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Valid driving license.
Own car/ able to reliably travel to Rivergate a must

Additional Information:

Location: Rivergate/Parklands, Cape Town.
Working hours: The warehouse operates from 7am to 10pm, 7 days a week. While you will not be expected to be present for the entire duration, effective planning and coordination with other team members during your offhours will be necessary.
Salary: From R per month.
