Job Description:


Our Insurance BPO client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead their sales team towards achieving sales targets, acquiring new customers, increasing revenue, and growing business in the insurance domain.

This is a challenging role requiring someone with a proven track record in sales management preferably in the insurance or BPO domain.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand business
  • Leading and managing the sales team to ensure high performance, productivity, and motivation
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
  • Building strong relationships with clients and effectively communicating to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Preparing and presenting regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Meeting and exceeding revenue and profitability targets, while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Continuously tracking and analysing sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborating crossfunctionally with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the industry

Requirements:


  • At least 2 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the insurance or BPO domain
  • Matric/Grade 12 equivalent
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
  • Proficiency in using sales management software and CRM systems
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
