    Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

    We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at {company}. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a senior role in a dynamic and challenging environment.


    Key Requirements:

    • A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, coupled with 7+ years experience in Construction and Engineering projects, as well as at least 2-3 years in a senior role.
    • Certification in CCS is essential and will be assessed during the hiring process.
    • Demonstrated expertise in contract law, insurances, financial reporting (per site and project), SHEQ legislation and implementation, site staff management (including IR, if necessary), managing construction methods, measuring outputs, project programming and scheduling.
    • An attention to detail, ability to work autonomously, and proven ability to manage a team of Quantity Surveyors are crucial for this role.
    • The ability to handle conflict and negotiate effectively is essential, as well as a keen eye for resolution.
    • Flexibility to travel when needed, exceptional interpersonal skills, effective communication at all levels, leadership by example, and delivering results in high-pressure environments meeting international standards are also required.

    Salary

    $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
