Customer Survey Administrator

Join our team at Pedros as a Customer Survey Administrator and play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance our customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gather relevant feedback from customers in-store through surveys and questionnaires.
  • Report findings in a weekly summary to management.
  • Collect and verify survey responses to ensure data accuracy.
  • Analyze survey results to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports summarizing key findings to management.
  • Encourage customer participation by displaying a friendly and empathetic nature.
  • Monitor response rates and implement strategies to increase survey participation.
  • Assist in developing action plans to address identified areas for improvement.
  • Communicate survey results and recommendations effectively to different levels of the organization.
  • Interact with staff as an independent party to collect and report feedback.
  • Travel to all Pedros stores in the region to complete surveys.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a Customer Survey Administrator role or similar position.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Matric certificate.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of customer service principles within the fast-food or restaurant industry.
