REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous job Contractor / Maintenance coordination experience would be preferred but not essential.
  • Must be energetic and hardworking with professional customer service skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language for communication and correspondence
  • Analytical mindset is required to complete all obligations within timeframes.
  • Multitasking skills required to balance numerous different projects
  • High attention to detail, working under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Business development experience would be advantageous
  • Problemsolving and solid teamwork.

DUTIES
The role has 3 distinct requirements.
- driving force in rolling out access control systems across the existing managed portfolio which allows communal entrance doors to be opened using a digital key on a telephone app.

  • Ensure that new properties onboarding with the company have keys and/or the access control solution available
  • Facilitate the key purchase and invoicing process for customers requiring new keys.

General duties:

  • Research and identify properties that would benefit from the new access control solution and explain to customers the solution to all required stakeholders, coordinate the installation, and provide ongoing customer care and contractual administration.
  • Methodically work through all new properties under management and ensure that keys and access are available for contractor, property manager or legislatively required visits.
  • Troubleshoot any difficulties encountered by stakeholders trying to access a building.

Salary:
R15,000 - R21,500 dependent on experience
