Description

A 5* all apartment hotel with over 120 aprtments seeks to employ an Assistant Front Office Manager with the following essential experience and requirements:

Minimum three years of 4*/5* all apartment hotel experience with
_ACCOMMODATION reservations/revenue management experience
rental pool experience would be a distinct advantage _:
Must currently be holding a reservations/revenue management position in a similar sized hotel
Must have strong admin, organisational and sales skills, be able to manage a team of people.
Will need to have TPN experience
Owner management experience will also be an advantage
Mature, professional, stable track record and have a good attitude
Compile reports and statistics for the department
Must be fully conversant on Opera and have advanced Excel Skills
Maintain Yield Calendar and Revpar
