    • Education: A first-degree in Business Commerce.
    • Work Experience: 3-4 years of experience in the financial services or finance-related environment.
    • Knowledge and Skills: A strong understanding of financial accounting principles, risk management practices, legal principles, and transaction processing.
    • Manage Loan Portfolio: Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of loans, from vanilla to structured deals.
    • Process Improvement: Use your analytical skills to review and enhance processes, procedures, and systems, consistently seeking opportunities for improvement.
    • Financial Oversight: Address queries relating to PL, Margin, and more, ensuring minimal financial loss, interest claims, and reputational damage.
    • Stakeholder Relationships: Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure the precise execution of Investment Banking (IB) loan/Syndicated positions.
    • Deal Management: Stay on top of all facility extensions and restructures, updating and rebooking deals as necessary.
    • Policy and Procedure Development: Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures, working instructions, and policies to enhance compliance and governance.
    • Settlement Expertise: Confirm receipt of funds, process loan settlements, and handle client refunds. Vet and authorize settlement figures for various transaction types.
    • Client Engagement: Engage with clients, lenders, and 3rd party syndications to ensure a smooth cash flow and effective transaction management throughout the deal lifecycle.
    • Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve client, lender, and internal queries, working collaboratively with stakeholders to eliminate any potential PL impact.
    • Continuous Improvement: Constantly seek to optimize processes and automate where possible, ensuring efficiency in our operations.
