Adhere and meet the service warehouse KPI target set,
Plan and manage parts and movement accurately on system,
Manage staff picking, packing, and the offloading of parts within our operation,
Manage correct loading to customer, and part order processing systematically within required turnaround time /deadline dates,
Manage daily/weekly cycle counts where applicable,
Manage monthly / /midyear/annual part stock takes accurately,
Meet service warehouse financial standards by; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances implementing corrective actions,
Overseeing and managing the service part process, policies and procedures,
Prepare and provide management reports and report to the supervisor and other management team as required,
Work hand in hand with the team to execute operational tasks, including relieving in other departments within the service warehouse as and when the need arise,
Assist management with adhoc issues

Qualifications and Experience:

Matric plus relevant service warehouse operations experience
Degree/Diploma/Certification in Logistics Management /Supply Chain Management or studying towards a Logistics/Warehousing / Supply Chain/Business Management qualification or equivalent would be advantageous.
At least 2 years Logistics operations experience with 3 years' experience in Service Warehouse Admin/supervisory/Team Leader role.
Exposure to inhouse systems (GERP, GSI and or any other ERP System or similar)
Must be computer Literate and or proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint etc)
