Role Requirements:***- Day-to-day support and maintenance factoring Pre/Post ServiceNow implementation

Delivering ServiceNow implementation and maintenance projects: supporting and improving capabilities for ServiceNow, and Validate/Test the functionalities during / or after completion of development
Ability to articulate business requirements in technical requirements and/or solutions
Versatile in articulating existing and/or new upgrades or functions that ServiceNow releases
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the underlying ServiceNow framework and architecture, which includes understanding relational databases
Lead system validation and UAT efforts with client
Maintain an interface with business users and other key stakeholders and keep them synchronized with progression
Supports and enhances reporting solutions both within ServiceNow and through external reporting solutions to support requirements
Driving ServiceNow Sales and creating Business Development opportunities

Qualifications & Experience:

A Degree and/or equivalent experience
Service Management Certification/s
Project Management Certification
ServiceNow Fundamentals Certification
ServiceNow System Administration Advanced Certification
Post Graduate Qualifications would be advantageous
35 years experience with ServiceNow and a comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow capabilities i.e., ITSM, FSM, HRSD, CSM, UX, ITAM, ITBM
5 years experience in Service Management aligning to ServiceNow process outputs i.e., ITSM and advantageously HRSD or CSM
5 years experience in one or more of the following as plus: Orchestration, Integrations, Service Portal (UX Design)
4 years experience in a technical supporting role in transformational or modernization
