    Reinsurance Analytics Manager

    The Reinsurance Analytics Manager is responsible for the full end-to-end reinsurance accounting and analytics process. This role will participate in designing the OMAR Reinsurance strategy, including data and systems requirements, and will work closely with various stakeholders to optimize the reinsurance structure.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Review and analyze reinsurance technical accounts, including commission adjustments, profit commissions, and premium adjustments.
    • Analyze reinsurance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
    • Develop and maintain databases to track reinsurance placements, premiums, and losses.
    • Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.
