    About the Role

    This is a sales-focused position that involves setting up meetings with clients, calling on existing and new clients, and providing excellent customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Establishing relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up communication
    • Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the company's existing client base
    • Providing expert advice on product offerings to architects, builders, electricians, and engineers
    • Maintaining knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and general industry intelligence
    • Meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets

    Requirements:

    • Matric qualification
    • Valid driver's license
    • Proven administration experience with processes and procedures
    • Sales track record with a strong ability to close deals successfully
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Target-driven and solution-oriented approach
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

    Duties:

    • Conducting daily CRM system updates
    • Working out quotes and sending proposals to clients in a timely manner
    • Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with after-sales service
    • Attending to incoming queries regarding product offerings

    Personal Qualities:

    • Highly motivated and self-driven individual
    • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
    • Able to think critically and creatively
    • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

    Remuneration:

    Salary: R12 000 - R15 000 per month (dependent on experience), plus commission.
