    Description

    HR Business Partner in Manufacturing

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the manufacturing industry, with relevant degree or diploma in HR.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Accountability for all HR Generalist functions and the full recruitment lifecycle.
    • Onboarding and terminations, including creation of job descriptions.
    • Development of HR strategies and initiatives, employee relations, and IR matters.
    • Attend to staff grievances, involvement in disciplinary processes, and ensure prompt resolutions.
    • Involvement in career advancement policies and programmes.
    • Compile minutes of EE and Skills Development meetings.
    • Upkeep of all employee records and documentation, as well as employee data on system.
    • Sound knowledge of HRD policies and procedures.
    • Involvement in skills development and related audits as required.
