    A market-leading specialist in Private Banking and Wealth & Investment services is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to join their team. This role will be critical in driving growth and expanding the client base by developing strategic partnerships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored banking and investment solutions.

    About the Role

    We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects B2B with solar installation businesses, as well as B2C homeowners and anybody with a property that requires solar in the commercial sector. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
    • Analyze customer needs and preferences to meet their requirements.
    • Develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers.
    • Cold call customer leads to expand the client base.
    • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within set deadlines.
    • Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts.
    • Use data to track sales performance and identify market potential.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
    • Proven track record of sales success with high motivation and target drive.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
    • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices.
    • Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Ability to create presentations tailored to audience needs.

    What We Offer

    A competitive salary ranging from R75 000-R95 000 depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional growth and development.
