    Regional General Manager

    An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Regional General Manager to oversee the 3x Northern Regions (Northern Cape, North West & Limpopo).

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Create and implement a Regional Strategy and Operating Plan aligned with the company's overall strategy.
    • Build organisational capacity and integrate Commercial and Operations activities across the Region.
    • Drive business growth and profitability in line with the Commercial and Operational Strategy.
    • Manage daily operations within the Regional Hub.

    Key Requirements:

    • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business/Sales/Leadership (NQF 6 or 7)
    • Postgraduate business qualification (NFQ 8 or 9) advantageous
    • >5 years General Management experience at middle to senior management level
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales or Commercial function at middle to senior management level
    • Experience handling multi-branch operations
    • Background in rental industry, preferably mining, construction, heavy and light industrial sectors

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a Regional Business Plan that aligns with company strategy.
    • Understand internal complexities of the Region and plan effective operational management.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive regional growth.
    • Lead and manage operating functions across the Region to achieve optimal performance.
    • Evaluate and ensure compliance with company processes, policies, standards, and controls.
