Areas of Responsibility

1. Provide comprehensive support to customers using software applications and solutions.
2. Deliver application training and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Configure software applications to meet customer needs.
4. Maintain relationships with customers and resolve issues through effective communication.
5. Work collaboratively with the Customer Care Center to plan and execute actions that result in timely, efficient, and productive resolution of customer events.
6. Responsible for customer satisfaction at assigned systems, demonstrating proactive attitude and actions to optimize their performance and image.
7. Develop and maintain knowledge of company procedures, policies, mission, vision, and values.
8. Contribute to achieving the Mission, Values, and Vision of the company by maintaining strict compliance to ethical principles and Health, Safety, and Quality norms.

Your Expertise:

• Medical technologist diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in the diagnostic medical laboratory environment.
• Knowledge of quality control and troubleshooting of quality control results.
• Ability to travel and work outside regular hours.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel and basic medical knowledge.
• Familiarity with diagnostic systems, reagents, PC systems, operating systems, network engineering, interface engineering.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to deal with customers and staff at all levels.
• Coagulation/Haematology experience is necessary.
• Ability to sell, good teaching skills, good team worker.
• Fluency in English written and spoken.

Other Requirements:

• This role requires support mainly for the Gauteng region, however you may be required to support other regions and countries.
• Must be a South African National.
• Must have a valid passport.
• Must have a valid South African driver's license.
• Must not have restrictions to travel within SADC and abroad.
• Must be available on short notice to travel countrywide and to Africa due to operational requirements and on long term projects as well as travel outside of the region to assist nationally.
