Purpose of the role**:
- This role requires extensive experience managing Global clients base, ensuing ROI with suppliers and ensuring all IT services enable efficient Business operations.
Qualificatio
ns and Experience Required:
- Degree/Diploma advantageous
- 8 to 10 years working at a Senior level
- 5 years' experience with strong leadership, managing teams and performance
- Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Indepth experience and skills in the following areas.
- IT Project & Service Management
- Management of Infrastructure and Operations
- Security, regulatory &* Compliance
- Vendor /3rd party management
- Business Support capabilities through effective teams
- Budgeting
