    Description

    Cluster Pharmacist (L02)

    We are seeking a self-driven professional to join our Order Processing Department in the capacity of a Cluster Pharmacist (L02).

    Primary Responsibilities:

    1. Patient Care: Provide proper patient care as per GPP regulations.
    2. Ongoing Training: Attend training on Pharmacy acts and GPP, SOP training, and SOP revision training.
    3. Compliance: Comply with Company Policies, Procedures, and SOPs, as well as POPI Act regulations.
    4. Prescription Management: Accurately capture chronic and acute medication prescriptions and handle rejections according to company SOPs.
    5. Cluster and Personal Action Diaries: Attend to cluster and personal action diaries.
    6. SLA Requirements: Meet SLA requirements by completing mailbox profiles and action diaries within required timelines.
    7. Clinical Enquiries: Handle clinical enquiries and discussions with patients and healthcare professionals or SPNs.
    8. Email Communication: Respond to email messages or enquiries received from management, SPNs, or members in a professional manner.
    9. Out-of-WIP Notifications: Attend to OUT OF WIP notifications.
    10. Blind Checking Mailbox: Attend to the blind checking mailbox according to SLA timelines.
    11. Stock Management: Manage stock, understanding cold chain processes, expiry dates, and stock returns.
    12. Tutoring and Training: Tutor and train a small group of assistants on company SOPs, company policies, OTC medication, and other health topics.
    13. Disaster Recovery Plan: Take charge of a small group of assistants according to a Disaster Recovery Plan.

    Requirements:

    • Min 2 years' experience as a pharmacist.
    • Registration at SAPC is necessary.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, listening skills, patience, empathy, conflict resolution, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, adaptability, accuracy, detail-oriented data capturing skills, ability to work under pressure, effective time and leave management, low error rate, sound knowledge of GPP, customer service-oriented.
