Description

Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:

Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media and design.

Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.

Assist with the planning, developing, and implementing of social media strategies for our clients to meet their business goals.

Artwork creation for content publishing.

Artwork briefing to designers for content publishing.

The scheduling and publishing of content across various digital channels, including but not limited to social media platforms, Google My Business, WhatsApp, and website.

The scheduling and publishing of digital adverts across various digital channels.

Assist with digital campaign implementation.

Follow up with clients for content brief and elements.

Liaise with clients and build a positive relationship with clients.

Weekly and monthly reporting to management and client - Report on ROI.

Report to Senior Social Media Manager.

Degree in Digital Marketing or relevant field required.

Graphic design skills with intermediary skill level for Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator.

Knowledge of online marketing channels.

Photography skills (able to take photos of people and products for posts

Excellent copywriting skills and communication skills.

Analytical and multitasking skills.
