Job Title: Barista and Cashier

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Barista and Cashier. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serving beverages and food in a timely manner, including sandwiches, baked goods, and grilled meal items.
• Operating the point of sale system and handling cash transactions.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
• Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques.
• Assisting in the kitchen when required, restocking work and dining areas, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
• Handling and liaising handover of meals to MrD and Ubereats Drivers.
• Cleaning and refilling condiment sets, setting tables to laid-down standards.
• Providing exceptional customer service, assisting residents, and attending customer complaints satisfactorily.
• Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and dress.
• Restocking and replenishing inventory and supplies, ensuring accurate billing of orders.

Requirements:

• Must reside in the East Rand and be able to commute to Boksburg.
• Willingness to earn R3500 - R6500 per month depending on experience.
• Cashier and Barista experience advantageous.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong memory and anticipation.
• Personal Hygiene Sense of urgency.
• Well-groomed Team player and positive attitude.
