    Marketing Assistant

    The Marketing Assistant plays a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing efforts forward, working closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that capture market trends.

    Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

    About the Role:

    This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in executing campaigns, managing content, and analyzing market trends.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Campaign Support:
      • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
    • Content Creation:
      • Write and edit engaging marketing copy for online and offline materials, including social media posts, newsletters, and brochures.
      • Create visual content using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite.
    • Social Media Management:
      • Manage and schedule social media posts across the company's platforms.
      • Monitor engagement and respond to comments and inquiries.
    • Market Research:
      • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
      • Compile findings to inform marketing strategy.
    • Administrative Duties:
      • Maintain marketing databases and update customer information.
      • Organize marketing events and coordinate logistics.
      • Manage inventory of marketing materials.
    • Performance Tracking:
      • Assist in tracking and analyzing campaign performance.
      • Prepare reports for management review.

    Desired Experience & Qualifications:

    • Education:
      • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • Experience:
      • Previous marketing or administrative experience is advantageous.
      • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is preferred.
    • Skills and Competencies:
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools.
      • Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
      • Creative thinking and attention to detail.
      • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
