    The Core Infrastructure Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing large and complex projects within the ICT sector. Here are the key requirements for this role:
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in managing complex projects, with at least 5 years as a Project Manager for major ICT delivery projects.
    • Core Degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
    • Membership in a professional institution.
    • Preferred certifications: PMP and PRINCE2 Practitioner. A Masters Degree is a plus.
    • Specific experience in managing projects such as Data Centre Civil Works, Electrical and Mechanical Infrastructure Upgrades, and Integration Infrastructure Testing.
    • Demonstrated experience in engaging with executive management, presenting project progress reports, and managing stakeholder communications.
    • Experience in establishing project control processes and tools, tracking project health, and managing risks and issues.
    • Coordination with Project Managers, Service Managers, and key stakeholders to identify and manage dependencies.
    • Facilitation of senior manager workshops and deployment of best project management practices.
    • Ensuring adherence to project delivery processes, maintaining project quality, and supporting business transformation.
    • Knowledge of Change Management, Health and Safety regulations, and experience in customer-facing roles.
    • Strong skills in stakeholder management and relationship building.
    • Location: Gauteng, with virtual meetings as the primary mode of engagement.
    • Requirement to access company domains and communication applications from a personal laptop.
