Description

• Develop, implement, and optimize paid media strategies across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
• Create compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and achieve campaign objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid media efforts with overall marketing goals and strategies.
• Manage budgets effectively and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
• Generate regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience managing social media ads and Google Ads campaigns, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment.
• Indepth knowledge of social media platforms, advertising tools, and ad targeting options.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytical tools to track and measure campaign performance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make datadriven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
• Familiarity with South African market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
• Google Ads certification is desirable.
