    • Commission Split (80/20) – 80% Financial Adviser & 20% Franchise
    • No Overhead Costs
    • Remote working 80%, Office 10%, Virtual 10%
    • Training Allowance Provided

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Financial Planning, Investment Analysis, and Risk Assessment skills
    • Knowledge of financial markets, products, and regulations
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Matric & NQF 5 Equivalent Qualification
    • FAIS requirements based on DOFA date
    • Relevant regulatory examination if you are already working in the financial services industry (RE5)
    • 2 years' experience in financial advisory services or sales experience in the financial services sector
    • Class of Business (COB) with relevant sub-categories (COB 3 Long-Term Insurance & COB 7 Investments)
    • Continuous Professional Development (CPD – 18 points if available)
    • Proven Track Record of Commission Earning (6 months commission statement or SARS RIP5)
    • Driven, ambitious people with strong entrepreneurship and sales skills
    • Client relationship management and communication skills
    • Proficiency in financial software and tools
    • Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
