Production Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to lead our production team in Johannesburg.

This pivotal role involves overseeing production operations, managing a skilled team, and ensuring the efficient, safe, and cost-effective production of high-quality plastic products.

In this fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will have the opportunity to leverage your strong background in injection moulding and proven track record in production management to drive success.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) as a basic qualification
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
5 years of experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment
10 years of experience in injection moulding and plastics production
Strong leadership abilities
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

The successful candidate will be passionate about leading a production team to success and have a strong desire to drive results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
