Our client is currently seeking an internal salesperson.

As an Internal Sales Representative you'll play a pivotal role in our client's mission to provide top-quality steel products to valued customers.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 5 years' experience as an Internal Salesperson, from a retail steel trading background.
Proven experience in internal sales, with a focus on steel, sheet, plate, and lipped channel products.
Strong product knowledge and the ability to answer technical questions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A customercentric approach to sales and service.
Detailoriented and organized.
Selfmotivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
Identify and understand customer needs to provide appropriate product solution.
Provide pricing and quotes for steel, sheet, plate, and other related steel products.
Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to meet customer requirements.
Keep up to date with industry trends and product knowledge.
