    Job Description:

    This is a role for a multi-skilled technician with expertise in maintenance and engineering. The primary goal is to increase equipment reliability, achieve zero breakdowns, and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement maintenance standards, plans, and processes to ensure optimal equipment performance.
    • Execute planned and unplanned maintenance activities, troubleshoot issues, and reduce mean time to repair.
    • Build and maintain technical skills of operators, teach principles of operation, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
    • Maintain spare parts inventory, document maintenance activities, and monitor progress towards goals.
    • Apply various maintenance strategies to achieve zero breakdowns, including time-based and condition-based maintenance.

    Requirements:

    • Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Instrumentation.
    • Preferably licensed or certified in relevant fields.
    • At least 3 years of experience in maintenance and engineering roles.

    Skills:

    • Strong coaching and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated analytical approach and technical skills.
    • Excellent reading, comprehension, arithmetic, and verbal/written communication skills.
