Description
We have a vacancy for an experienced Service Advisor with 4-5 years' experience to join our Dealership in Brackenfell.


Responsibilities:
(not limited to)

  • Greeting & attending to customers.
  • Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and services.
  • Scheduling and booking appointments.
  • Inform and discuss service outcomes with clients.
  • Calling customers to advise them about service changes or car pickup times.
  • Liaising with service technicians about parts ordering to ensure parts are available when needed.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as Service Advisor (Motor Industry), 5 Years'
  • A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
  • Experienced with IAL & Evolve software packaged.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, decision making, and problemsolving skills.
  • MUST reside in Brackenfell area.
