Collections Agents

Requirements.

  • Be computer literate
  • Have experience in contacting credit providers to follow up on tasks related to the Debt Review process
  • 2 years Collections experience
  • Good administration skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
.Attention to Detail

Systems Knowledge

  • Finwise (Debt review PDA system)
  • Understanding of activation Debicheck
  • Working on targets on Debicheck Activations.
  • Collections of payments and chasing collection targets.
  • Microsoft Excel
Salary R5000

  • Attendance Bonus:R500
Commission structure to be discussed at interview
