Internal Sales vacancy available at a Client in Edenvale.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Upsell and cross-sell products or services

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Provide excellent customer service and support
Resolve customer complaints and issues

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Research and identify potential customers (and potentially visit)
Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, or networking
Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities

Product Knowledge:

Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge (sufficient technical and application knowledge) of products or services
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments

Communication and Negotiation:

Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close sales
Assist walk-in customers with product queries and purchases

Sales Administration:

Maintain accurate records
Process sales orders and handle administrative tasks

Collaboration and Teamwork:

Work with all sales teams, marketing, and other departments to achieve sales goals
Share knowledge, best practices, and sales strategies with colleagues

Continuous Improvement:

Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and sales techniques

Quotation and Order Management:

Prepare and send quotations to customers
Manage orders, including processing, tracking, and fulfilment

Requirements:

Matric Certificate or equivalent
Technical qualification
Sales Related Background, min 2 years experience
Excel & MS Word
Bilingual

Additional:

Good Interpersonal and communicational skills
Technical Experience will receive experience
Trustworthy, diligent and work with minimal supervision
Work well under pressure
Familiar with basic principles of mathematics and science
Attention to detail
High levels of work ethics

Estimated Salary: R 30,000 - R 50,000 per month
