• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence others towards a shared vision
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution, translating vision into actionable plans and creating a system and organisation for delivering results
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in mentoring and developing data scientists, fostering their growth and technical expertise

Technical excellence

• Indepth expertise of data science methodologies, technologies, and industry trends, including handson

experience with AI and machine learning

• Experience building AI solutions for physical systems: an applied data scientist who has worked across

different industries building product systems for end users

• Experience solving problems in the broad theme of risk and optimisation
• Experience with sensor data (IoT) and/or digital twins
• Proven track record of driving impact and achieving results in datadriven environments
• A data scientist (with real world experience across multiple industries getting work into production) that

stays updated on the latest advancements in data science and relevant technologies

• Advanced degree in a relevant field

Client and industry experience

• Clientfacing expertise with the ability to consult and manage client relationships
• Expertise in thought leadership and industry engagement
