Great opportunity for the correct individual.
We are looking for a GM to manage a restaurant, with a grocery and deli department. Must have at least 2 years' experience as a GM. It is an exciting & challenging position.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading & directing the team in order to meet sales, profit & compliance targets and strict hygiene standards
  • Ensuring the achievement of financial targets by driving sales & tracking daily, weekly & monthly targets
  • Proactively taking appropriate action when required been solutions driven
  • To efficiently manage & control all operational activities, including customer experience, expenses, stock management, shrinkage, general housekeeping & administration.
  • To successfully manage in store execution of all visual merchandising, ensuring that instore presentation & promotional standards are maintained and the appearance is in line with the brand image
  • Must be VERY customer service driven

  • Good understanding of operating a kitchen and managing food cost & labour cost
You must be available immediately.


Job Type:
Permanent


Salary:
R15, R18,000.00 per month

  • Melrose, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Restaurant management: 3 years (required)
