    About the Role:

    The Customer Care Graduate will ensure orders are loaded onto the system accurately and timeously. The incumbent is also responsible to efficiently manage all customer communication & queries and OTIF fulfillment to maximize business opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assisting with supply chain order alignment
    • Managing all customer communication (queries, deliveries, priorities etc)
    • Provide accurate customer status reports
    • Update and capture customer data into ERP systems
    • Processing and coordinating with internal stake holders (eg customer complaint, returns concerns)

    Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

    • Matric with Relevant Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
    • SAP experience is advantageous

    • Organised and structured
    • High level of integrity
