Early Careers Talent Acquisition Partner

This role will support the company's global Early Careers Recruitment team based in the UK. It will lead early careers hiring in South Africa and may also assist with hiring in other countries as needed.

This is a 6-month contract position involving coordinating candidate assessments, managing communications, and ensuring data accuracy.

Main Responsibilities:

Online Skills Assessments: Coordinating and administering online skills tests to evaluate candidates' technical and professional abilities.
Online Video Interviews: Coordinating and reviewing online video interviews to assess candidates' performance against pre-set scoring criteria.
Assessment Centres: Planning and managing on-site and virtual assessment centres.
Candidate Communication: Maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Data Management: Accurately recording candidate information, assessment results, and interview feedback.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs.
Decision Making: Evaluating all assessment data and interview feedback to make informed hiring decisions.
Offer Management: Extending job offers to selected candidates and negotiating terms as needed.
Onboarding Coordination: Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements:

Talent Acquisition experience in a multi-national company.
Excellent knowledge of the recruitment market and recruitment practices in South Africa.
Collaboration with Talent Acquisition teams across multiple countries.
Proficiency in working with teams in a matrixed environment.
Skilled in data-driven decision-making and promoting diversity and inclusion in hiring.
Expertise in Early Career talent hiring and development - Preferred.
Strong industry connections and knowledge of best practices in Early Career recruitment - Preferred.
