As a Staffing and Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for various staffing and operations tasks to support the efficient functioning of the company.

Your role will involve a combination of administrative, recruitment, and operational duties to ensure smooth operations and optimal staff utilization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records, including personal information, leave balances, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with managers to develop and implement staffing plans to meet the company's workforce needs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee relations by addressing employee queries, grievances, and conflicts.
  • Manage the HRIS system and ensure accurate and uptodate employee data.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communication materials related to staffing and operations.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize operational processes and ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in HR or operations role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
