    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the kitchen brigade to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
    • Plan, design, and update menus to reflect seasonal ingredients, guest preferences, and current trends.
    • Maintain impeccable standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
    • Manage food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships for cost-efficiency and sustainability.
    • Oversee training and development of kitchen staff, promoting growth and teamwork.
    • Collaborate closely with front-of-house and management teams for seamless guest experiences.
    • Ensure adherence to health & safety standards and regulatory requirements.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years experience in senior chef roles, including Head Chef or Executive Chef positions.
    • Proven background in small to medium-sized luxury lodges, boutique hotels, or fine dining restaurants.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
    • Excellent knowledge of international and local cuisine, menu design, and food trends.
    • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining creativity and attention to detail.
    • Relevant culinary qualifications and a track record of excellence in high-end hospitality environments.
