    Description
    Candidate requirements:
    • Culinary School Graduate with a valid driver's license (essential)
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional culinary hands-on experience in a similar role, in a 5-star boutique or Game Reserve/Lodge environment (essential)
    • Extensive menu development for Sous Chef and dietary experience (preferred)
    • Extensive plated service / A la carte for Sous Chef experience (essential)
    • Solid knowledge of health and hygiene in the kitchen
    • Be highly familiar with the latest food trends
    • Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (preferred)
    • Energetic & proactive with a well-developed concept of the importance of providing a world-class guest experience (preferred)
