TEAM-GP uses online learning materials focusing on self-learning to enhance skill and knowledge with the latest technologies and mechanisms for the Dealer Network.

A vacancy currently exists for an Administrator which will support with TEAM GP activities which entails license ordering and issuing, data capturing, verification of data, general management of the CM Centre (Main Database), the creation of progress reports and managing daily queries from the dealer network.

The incumbent will also focus on Hi-tech training administrative needs, as well as other administrative functions.


KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:


Management:


  • Application of 5S Safety Principles
  • Responsible for maintaining high standards relating to Dealer Network Satisfaction.
  • Reports and analysis of TEAM GP

Preparation:


  • Preparation of Training material, training aids and components to world class standards
  • Develop pathways and course design documents for new LMS
  • Confirm and monitor dealer and fleet course enrolments

Grading:


  • Assist with OEM'S technical grading system
  • Maintain questionnaires and evaluations

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:


  • Project Management Skills
  • Excellent PC literacy
  • Excellent Power BI, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Dealer Experience will be an advantage
  • Communication Skills
  • Relevant training experience will be an advantage

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Temporary

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
From R25 000,00 per month
