Our client in the medical insurance industry requires an Administrative Assistant in Pretoria.


Desired Experience:

  • Matric
  • Experience in medical insurance / medical aid industry
  • Experience using Zoho Desk, CRM, Sign and Linkus
  • Knowledge of medical aid products
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Teams and One Drive
  • Assertive and reliable
  • Detail orientated

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the medical questionnaire.
  • Keep track of stats and salary recon
  • Diary management and setting appointments, tasks and follow ups (keep track of daily/ monthly/yearly planning)
