- Matric
- Experience in medical insurance / medical aid industry
- Experience using Zoho Desk, CRM, Sign and Linkus
- Knowledge of medical aid products
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Teams and One Drive
- Assertive and reliable
- Detail orientated
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with the medical questionnaire.
- Keep track of stats and salary recon
- Diary management and setting appointments, tasks and follow ups (keep track of daily/ monthly/yearly planning)
