Administrative management and general day-to-day running of the office.
Extensive planning and organizing of electronic diary and scheduling of appointments, meetings, tasks, functions, events and team builds.
Reservation of domestic and international travel arrangements and liaison with representatives of the travel industry on behalf of company.
Preparations of agendas, documents, briefing papers, reports, compilation and distribution of management packs.
Preparation of electronic presentation documents, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Visio.
Liaising with senior company representatives and third parties. (Business Partners, Auditors, Customers, Banking Industry)
Maintain a secure, efficient and accurate filing and document storage system.
Account/Bank Verifications and Vendor Confirmations
Creating of Purchase Requisitions, Sundry Tax Invoices and Credit Notes
Handling of Petty Cash claims and reconciliation thereof.
Perform assistance functions for the IT department
Qualifications and Experience:
Matric essential
Tertiary education related to a Secretarial/Executive Personal Assistant function is preferred
2 years relevant experience at a large corporate
2 yrs being an Executive PA at a large corporate is preferable
