CORE PURPOSE
Agent's responsibility to ensure that the sales process is a delightful experience for our customers


Agent will provide advice to customers and share product knowledge, to ensure that our products best meet their needs - ensuring that the satisfaction of the customer is the focus at all times.

Agent to provide assistance or support to customers whenever needed.

Agent to ensure that all targets are met.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 1 Consumer satisfaction
  • 2 Accountable for sales daily internal or external
  • 3 Meet sales target daily, weekly & monthly
  • 4 External promotion at high traffic areas (Taxi ranks, Bus stops, etc) within 10KM Radius of Kiosk
  • 5 Manage operations in the Kiosk
  • 6 Communication in the outlet and other Kiosk
  • 7 Implement and follow the company's policies and procedures at the kiosk level
8- Manage and account for all cash & stock at the Kiosk

9- Manage and account for all equipment and assets at the Kiosk

  • 10 Conduct actual system transactions e.g., RICAactivations, Airtime sales, Data Sales, etc
  • 11 Promote the Company values to customers and colleagues
  • 12 Take responsibility for personal development (As an employee you will be required to learn and partake in all daily, weekly and monthly task/duties of your line manager which will allow you to be upskilled and ready for future available future growth)
  • 13 Keep up to date with Telkom's latest products offers
  • 14 Liaison with support teams on any problem areas
  • 15 Ensure the Kiosk is clean and neat at all times keeping the internal and external appearance at the highest standard
  • 16 Ensure personal hygiene and appearance of the team and yourself is at the highest standard

  • 1 Fully Computer literate Microsoft Word and Excel
  • 2 Oral and written communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE /KNOWLEDGE

Qualifications:
Grade 12 (preferred)


Sales ability:
Sales orientated, persuasive to customers and passionate about the sales environment


Computer skills:
Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook)


Skills:
Excellent verbal, communication, writing, and numeracy skills.


Experience:

Previous promotion experience / External sales / outbound sales / Retail

Basic Salary - R Commission


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
